How to Making Cranberry Pumpkin Bread Recipe


  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cups brown sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries

Directions to cook :

In a dish that is big flour, baking dust, glucose, pumpkin pie spruce and sodium.  Blend really. Inside a dish that is individual blend pumpkin, egg and natural oils.  Mix better.  Create pumpkin mix to flour mixture and stir well.  Fold for the cranberries.  Exchange mix to two loaf that is gently greased.  Bake in a oven that is preheated 350F for about 45 to 55 minutes or until golden and baked through. Cool for 5 minutes in cooking pan before removing to line rack to interesting completely.
